Beatexa warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Hardware malfunctions under normal use
• Faulty components (speakers, Bluetooth chipsets, charging ports)

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage, drops, or water damage beyond product rating
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper care

How to Claim

Email us at support@beatexa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, we'll offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
